Beautiful converted former stables at High Yedmandale Farm in the North Yorkshire National Park. Dog friendly, enclosed patio ideal for dogs and children. Fabulous countryside and woodland walks from the door. Ideally situated to explore the surrounding areas of Scarborough, Filey, Bridlington, Pickering, Malton, Whitby, Thornton le Dale and the North Yorkshire Moors. All within easy driving distance. Cottage located 1.5 miles from West Ayton. Peacocks, hens, geese & small flock of sheep. The space Drive up the scenic country lane approx 1.5 miles from West Ayton. Kimlin Cottage is the second property on your right. Parking next to the cottage in front of the wooden gate. Walk through the side gate onto the patio and in through the front door directly in to the kitchen, to your left is a door through to the lounge with 2 sofa's one of which is a electric recliner with usb chargers. Gas coal effect fire and a curved LCD tv with wifi so you can watch TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime. From the lounge you go up the open tread stairs to the mezzanine floor with one single bed leading through to the double bedroom. Back downstairs to the kitchen and the door at the end on the right takes you through to a small hallway. The door in front of you is the bathroom, with toilet, sink, bath with shower and a back lit mirror over the sink with shaver power point. In the small hallway again and the door to your right is the downstairs kingsize bedroom. Kingsize bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. A single and double bedroom are upstairs. Please note the bathroom/toilet is located on the ground floor. Guest access The entire cottage and the mown walks around our fields are yours to enjoy while you stay. Other things to note The entire cottage is yours to make your home for your stay. Parking next to cottage and room for additional cars if needed. Outside is a fenced enclosed patio with table and chairs. There is a pond in the grounds but it is fenced off in a area that is private.
