It consists of a living room with open kitchen, a master bedroom, and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and the possibility of a mattress on the floor. The rooms are located in the basement and are cool in the summer. The house is located in a dead end without a car, ideal for children to play outside. Bakery, wine shop and restaurant 200 meters away. Parc de la Sèvre 500 meters away. The space Ideal house for 2 adults, 2 or 3 children and a baby. Also for 4 adults. An upstairs living room with equipped open kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker,...). In subplex, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with bunk bed and barrel bed. A bathroom with spacious shower, baby bath/laundry table, wc and washing machine.
