Le Petit Rouyot 3* Gîte

Completely refurbished Gironde house. It is located in the heart of our winery with direct access to the Dordogne River. Large parking lot with garden, terrace and barbecue. It consists of a kitchen with fireplace and TV, a living room with flat screen TV with 130 channels, 3 double bedrooms (140 cm) and 1 bedroom with twin beds (90 cm) and 2 bathrooms. During your stay, we offer a tour/tasting of the wines of our property. The space Outside, parking, garden furniture and awning for your meals as well as a barbecue. One TV in the kitchen and another in the living room with over 100 channels. Each double bedroom has 2 pillows and 1 bolster, bedside lamps and multi-socket. One bedroom has a double electric bed. Linens and towels are not provided. Possibility to rent bed linens (€10 per bed) and towels (€5 per person). Possibility to provide a changing table and high chair. In the event of a heat wave, two portable air conditioners will be available. 3 fans are available the rest of the time. Lockbox on site A deposit check will be requested upon arrival.
