You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place - A new barn conversion offering comfort in a fantastic location. Castlemorton Common, at foot of the Malvern Hills, offers 1,000's of acres to explore. 3 beautiful towns 10 min drive. Great pubs. Three Counties Showground, Markets/ Eastnor Castle/ food festivals/horseracing and much more. The Cotswolds and Cheltenham are nearby. 1 well behaved, quiet Adult dog, please add at booking. Not practical for infant. The space This cute cottage, set on our farm, has 3 rooms - separate kitchen/dining/lounge, bedroom with King size bed and bathroom with a large walk-in shower and underfloor heating throughout. There is a dedicated parking space right beside the building. From the farm gate, you step onto Castlemorton Common where you have access to 1,000's of acres to explore. The ridge of the Malvern Hills is 9 miles long and can be easily got to by car or on foot from the Farm. The views from the top are breathtaking. Pear is part of a new barn conversion of two holiday lets back to back, both have private, fully-enclosed outdoor spaces and a small orchard separates the patios. The cottage and grounds are non-smoking. We have great pubs and cafes close by. The towns of Malvern, Ledbury and Upton Upon Severn (with many pubs by the water) are all only 10/15 min drive. You will find shopping with plenty of choice for food and drink. Three Counties Show Ground is only 2.5 miles away and has weekly events. Eastnor Castle, with a full calendar of events throughout the summer, is a 10 min drive or a 2 hour walk across the Common. Cheltenham, Gloucester and Worcester are 30/45 minute drives. Waitrose, Morrisons, Aldi and Lidl are in Malvern town 5/15 min by car. Village Shop/post office is 1 mile away. Horse racing at Cheltenham and Worcester. If you want to go slightly further afield, then The Cotswolds are not far away - 45 min drive and you could be in Broadway, the "Jewel of the Cotswolds", but there is plenty to see and do close by. Dogs - One well behaved quiet Adult dog welcome. The outdoor space isn't huge but it's enclosed and great walks are to be had keeping you and your dog happy and healthy. Guest access Cottage, driveway to the left of the cottage and the enclosed patio. Other things to note Our guidance is that the barn is not suitable for toddlers and infants; there are steep stone steps and sleepers in the garden that a young child could injure themselves on. The barn is a Semi-detached property and we ask that you show respect for your neighbours. We want you to have a stress-free stay and relax without being overly concerned about any risks. Please bring all your pets needs with you and make sure they are up to date with vaccine's and flea treatment. Please keep your dog on a lead when on the driveway. 1,000’s acres to explore once through the farm gate. No Christmas decorations. Walkable pubs across the Common and public foot paths - Plume of Feathers - WR13 6JB Beer garden and dog friendly approx 30 min walk. The Malvern Hills Hotel Pub - WR13 6DW dog friendly(Pub food and drinking areas) approx 50min walk, it’s up hill all the way but fun coming home 😊
