There are 4 sizeable bedrooms - the place is newly renovated and therefore very comfortable. Closeby are Cowdray polo grounds (0.25 miles away) & Goodwood. The space Living Spaces: Sitting Room & Hallway: The spacious living room is flooded with natural light, featuring large windows that offer stunning views of the surrounding greenery. It’s the perfect place to relax with family or entertain guests. Dining Room: Adjacent to the living room is a formal dining area, ideal for family dinners and special occasions. Kitchen: The modern kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with high-end appliances, ample counter space, and stylish cabinetry. It includes a built-in oven, a large refrigerator, and a convenient breakfast bar for casual dining.
