It is an immense pleasure to welcome you! The space The apartment is cozy, comfortable and welcoming. Your accommodations make it a real home and will certainly make you feel at home! It is able to be part of your good travel memories! Guest access The apartment, being a penthouse, has a private (uncovered) terrace, which can be used for leisure time by guests, serving as another option in addition to the common area of the condominium. Attention: it is not advisable to leave children without the supervision of a responsible adult, as there are no bars/screen on the wall. Other things to note Balcony, terrace on the second floor and windows without a protective screen! The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and does not open on Mondays. In addition, a simple medical certificate of fitness for pool activities is required for each guest. We have 01 free parking space that can be used in any space in the condominium with free choice on arrival.
