Edgewater Beach Resort, PCB's only full service resort with 110 gated acres, 11 pools, golf, tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, pickleball, fitness center * Local owner/operator 😀 The space Edgewater 1008 is a 1 bedroom condo on the 10th floor with a private balcony overlooking the beach. The bedroom has a comfy king size bed, large dresser, closet, smart Roku TV, & lamps with USB port & plug. The full bath has a combo tub & shower, and we have a washer & dryer just outside the bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The living room has a sofa that converts to a queen size bed, an ottoman that converts to a twin size bed, a recliner, and a large smart Roku TV. Wifi, Direct TV, & Roku TV are provided for free, & both TV's have access to streaming apps. (fast wifi at 137 Mbps) The balcony has comfy Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the views & sounds of the Gulf & the BEACH! You also have a direct view of the Tower 3 pool & hot tub, so you can check on the family from the balcony if you like. The unit has beautiful views of the Gulf from the balcony, living room, & kitchen! Edgewater Beach Resort is the the best and only full service resort in Panama City Beach Florida! Guest access You'll have the entire condo to yourself. We are local owners, and we clean the unit between each stay. The door code is changed with each guest, for more peace of mind while you're having fun at the beach. Edgewater Beach Resort has over 110 acres to enjoy, with over 1/2 mile of BEACH! Resort amenities include 11 pools, 4 hot tubs, splash pad, restaurant, poolside bars, snow cones, onsite airbrushing, etc. to enjoy. For an additional fee paid to The Club at Edgewater, you can use the executive par 3 golf course, jet ski or parasail. The fitness center, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and basketball courts are free to use. There is also complimentary tram transportation around the 110 acre resort. There are 11 pools throughout the resort, with 10 of them heated seasonally. The 11th pool is the huge 11,500 gallon lagoon-style pool with tropical landscaping & waterfalls. There are private cabanas next to the lagoon pool that can be rented, & you can order food & drinks from your chair by the pool or on the beach. There are also services on the beach to rent beach chairs & umbrellas, jet skis, as well as services for parasailing, banana boats, & beach bonfires. Ocean's Bar & Grill offers indoor & outdoor seating with beautiful views of the Gulf & the lagoon pool. They serve breakfast, lunch, & dinner, & we think it's delicious! Edgie's Corner Market is a convenience store that offers Starbucks, ice cream, snacks, drinks, sunscreen, beach supplies, batteries, etc. Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach. Other things to note Check-In Time is 4pm CST check-out time is 11AM CST. Edgewater guests will need to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival for a stress free check-in. The primary guest (person whose name is on the reservation) must be at least 25 and on property for the duration of the stay. Condos and Beach Towers in popular resort towns like Panama City Beach, Florida charge for parking and amenities. Edgewater Beach Resort parking/registration is $50, and paid online by the primary guest during registration. (food, beverages, jet ski, parasailing, banana boats, golf, etc require additional fees) All guests must be registered, and comply with the rules, or we risk fines and loss of our rental license. All beach condo's and balconies are non-smoking, non-vaping units, and no pets are allowed, per Edgewater Beach Resort. We have small children with severe allergies that stay, so any guest(s) found in violation will be asked to leave. Lock codes change with each stay, so you can relax while you're having FUN in the SUN! New door codes will sent & activated at 4pm CST on day of arrival.
