Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. With the majestic mountain ranges towering over 6000 feet behind and beach in front this quite 3 hectare property has spring water flowing down both sides (Deserted Island) and lots of space and scenery for a relaxing holiday. Situated between the port of Abra de Ilog and the holiday destination of Puerto Galera the small local village of Udalo is a 5 minute walk down the beach. The space For us this property is "LIVING THE DREAM", nestled between towering mountains and the sea with an endless flow of mountain spring water throughout. No need to buy drinking water here, all our water comes from a deep well spring and is then feed through our 4 filter water system. Bedroom has a split system aircon , ceiling fan and full inner spring pillow top mattresses. Guest room and Kitchen areas all have international power outlets and USB charging port. Take your pick of Coconuts, Bananas, Paw paw/Papaya or Mangoes and other seasonal fruits at the right time of the year. Enjoy our rain shower in the privacy of your own bathroom while taking in the mountain & garden views. Our beach front where the spring water flows into the ocean has lots of shade, volleyball & badminton court, hammocks, kayaks and tables & chairs for those happy hour sunsets. A 15 minute walk down the beach or 10 minute kayak paddle takes you to a unspoiled reef, most times you will be the only one snorkeling here and you can see anything from giant blue starfish to 100's of nemo's, you can also check the fence on the turtle hatching sanctuary for the next hatching dates. Off the property trips to Agbala Falls, Kalong river rapids can be arranged with lunch if required, a day trip can take you to the more touristy places of Tamaraw, Tukuran & Tallipanan Falls, there is also a Mangyan Village Tour available from White Beach, if you wish to go to restaurants or party all night White Beach is the place, for diving Puerto Galera & Sabang are full of dive shops. Other things to note Up until 2 years ago this part of the Mindoro coast has been very remote with access only by boat or a coastal walk, there is now a road (open and usable but very unfinished) between Abra de Ilog & Puerto Galera so by road it approximately 20 minutes to Abra all year and 45 to Puerto pending river crossings. There is no ATM’s and no supermarket around the corner, we stock a small store of essentials and Udalo has a few small sari sari stores or a 20 minute walk to the bigger village of Bugtong has Pork, Fish, Chicken & Veg Meals can be provided on request, prices are between 250 & 500 Pesos per meal, steak or beef is based on market prices.
