Single-story cottage ideal for families. The quality bedding and warm atmosphere will guarantee you a relaxing stay immersed in nature. The living rooms and terrace overlook a large garden filled with Mediterranean touches. An indoor pool, its Balinese terrace and a playground complete the outdoor space shared with the owners. The totally autonomous outbuilding is integrated into a "Provençal farmhouse" type area in cut stone. The space Emanation of an old sheepfold, this 70 m² outbuilding has a modern and cocooning decor. With 2 bedrooms each containing a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), 2 shower rooms, a living room equipped with a connected TV (Netflix/Amazon), a sofa convertible into a double bed, as well as a fully equipped American kitchen (4 hot plates, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.), it can accommodate up to 6 people. Sheets and towels are provided. Baby crib and bathtub available on request. The indoor pool (secured) is 12 m long, with a 2 m wading pool section. The children's play area includes, among other things, a buried trampoline, a playground with swings and a mini soccer field. This outdoor space is shared with the owners. Guest access A free parking space is available, parking shared with the owners of the house. You will then access the outbuilding through the garden, path to the right of the main house. If you need 2 parking spaces, this is possible but must be discussed beforehand with the owners, to ensure that the 2nd space is available. Other things to note Hiking trails are within 5 minutes of the house (on foot) and the sea is a 20-minute drive away. The town of Roquefort-les-Pins, halfway between Saint-Paul de Vence and Valbonne/Mougin, enjoys a very good balance between coastal life and the calm of Provence (with only the sound of frogs or cicadas depending on the season). The village center and its many shops and restaurants are a 10-minute walk away. The owners will be able to advise you on walks/activities and warmly welcome you upon arrival.
