A 2-minute walk from the Medellín Market, famous for its variety of Latin American products (especially from Colombia, Mexico, and Venezuela) where you can eat delicious food, a 5 and 10-minute walk from La Condesa and Álvaro Obregón, full of bars and restaurants. A large house where young people from all over the world usually live. The space Spanish/English La casa de la roma is a place where people live indefinitely and where we welcome travelers or people who come to Mexico City for a few days or months. It's a large house with several rooms where tenants share common areas, such as the kitchen (fully stocked), the TV room (cable and Netflix), and the roof garden, where you can go up and sunbathe or read a good book. You have space in the refrigerator and cupboards just for you. 2- most of the people who decide to stay here are young professionals and travelers, it is common that throughout the day they do activities together such as eating,talking, watching a movie, etc. There is a lot of interaction between guests, keep in mind this because if you are looking for a place to disconnect from the world, you will probably not like the space. 3.On arrival you will find one or two bottles of water in your room, when they are finished you can drink water from the jugs of the kitchen whose cost is distributed or is turned among the roomies, come to them to know how the costs of water are distributed. 4.- This is a guest house, not a hotel. The bad experiences some guests have had are just because they expect a hotel experience, which we can't provide. Please consider this before you book. If we can guarantee you for your experience, it's a commitment to cleanliness.
