Superb studio in the heart of Paris - Pantheon

Creative studio with a cosy mezzanine: peaceful and comfortable. First floor looking onto a courtyard, in the centre of Paris and 5 minutes on foot from the Luxembourg gardens. The space The studio is perfectly arranged for its small size. There is a kitchen corner, a cute dining/living space, a compact bathroom with a shower, and a cosy sleeping space with a double bed on the mezzanine. I have lived here with my wife for 5 years; we will be working outside of Paris this summer, giving you the chance to enjoy our unique and much loved apartment. Some points to note: - The mezzanine and stairs do not have a guardrail. - This is a home we live in, not a hotel and is therefore clean and tidy in a lived-in way. - The toilet has a limescale build-up as the enamel is damaged. It is clean. - The apartment walls are old and therefore not soundproof, but we have nice neighbours and good relationships with them. Don’t hesitate to knock on their door if there are any problems. - There will be a cupboard available for your use. And feel free to browse the collection of comics and books!
