L' Aure

Price is based on a minimum of 2 nights. For Easter, Ascension and Pentecost weekends, a minimum of 3 nights applies. During the summer holidays a minimum of 7 nights applies and a minimum of 4 nights applies for Christmas. L'Aure covers almost 200 m2 (5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) and can accommodate 10 people. This is a beautiful, spacious house that is ideal for large groups. The house is not completely finished, such as the finishes (garage, land fence). The space The space We welcome you to the beautiful Limousin region. L' Aure was a small holiday renovated into a large luxurious house (vacation rentals). On the property there is a rectangular above-ground pool 7.3 m × 3.6 m and 1.3 m deep, perfect for both children and adults. Located 350 km south of Paris, in the department of Haute Vienne (northeast of the Dordogne), you will find calm, space and comfort. The surroundings are very varied, with a green setting of forests and hills. L'Aure is particularly suitable for hikers, cyclists, families who like nature and the outdoors. It's a great house to reunite with family. 10 minutes away you will find the village of Feytiat and 15 minutes from the big city of Limoges. Around the Aure you will find villages offering centuries of history and good restaurants. Ground floor On the ground floor is a large kitchen/ dining room and a large living room with a large TV . There is also a toilet and two separate bedrooms with a bathroom. Both bedrooms each had two single beds. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house. the Aure is heated thanks to a heated floor system and upstairs with radiators. The kitchen is very well equipped with an induction hob (5 areas), dishwasher, microwave, separate oven and a fridge with separate freezer. The huge terrace is great for a large group to enjoy a meal together. Through the sliding glass window doors, which bring a lot of light into the living room, you enter the terrace with a tranquil view. Outside there is a table/chairs, umbrella, sunbathing and a barbecue. First Floor On the first floor there are three bedrooms, both of which have two single beds . And there is a spacious bathroom. Guest access The Aure court has a private entrance and has an option to park several cars. A large garden with a rectangular shaped above ground pool, spacious 3.5 x 7 meters and about 1.3m deep. There's also a big trampoline. Other things to note - Pets allowed after consultation (we charge €25 per pet per stay) - Given the calm that reigns in this house, no rentals are granted to groups of young people. - Bookings for groups or families of people under the age of 18 are not accepted. - Student parties, bachelorette parties, or other such parties are prohibited in this house. We want you to have a good vacation and a good experience. Guest access You have access to the garage to use the washing machine and the cleaning tool cabinets. Other things to note You have to be careful!! There is a step when you come from the hall to enter the living room, there is another step when you come from the living room to go to the kitchen and there is a last step from the living room to go to the second bedroom.
