The space The atypical includes: - 1 boudoir with new 140 cm sofa bed. (very comfortable daily sleeping) - 1 bathroom (toilet, shower, sink). - 1 kitchenette with 90 cm fold-away bed. The bed can be used in the closed position of standing eater, table and/or dedicated workspace. - 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed (the removable partition opens up a friendly space for meals with several people. - Access to the courtyard and shared garden - Possibility to park two wheels either in the fully enclosed courtyard or in a garage.
