Come enjoy this cozy space. It has been set up with you in mind. Each room has new, clean furnishings. Bring along children or a dog to enjoy the big back yard (see house rules re: dogs); hot tub with family and friends; play, cook, and rest well. Centrally located in the Willamette Valley, a walk or e-bike ride into town where you can enjoy a flavorful meal or linger at some of the best wineries in the Pacific NW. We are a short drive to the Oregon Coast, the Columbia River George and Mt Hood. The space It's Cozy here. Guests have said it is a blend of luxury and comfort. We hope you feel at home as soon as you park. The residential neighborhood is full of families, turning in early, respectful of your place for peace. Once inside, enjoy reclining in the love seat or sofa while you feel the warmth of the electric fire place and watch your favorite show on the Smart TV that will have your favorite apps available for you to log into. There are games and books to enjoy together or to have some time to yourself. All of the art work is created by local artists, framed locally by "the mayor of First Street" in Newberg as we called him. We feature fresh, locally roasted Caravan coffee and snacks made here in Oregon as well. Plants soften the indoor experience and invite you to feel the life that the outdoors bring. Our beds have new mattresses with bamboo bedding and the primary bedroom offers a feather bed topper. There is a queen airbed we can set up in the laundry room (see picture of laundry area) so that up to 8 guests can sleep comfortably. In the kitchen you will enjoy quality appliances and cookware to prepare your favorite meals. Outside is a large shaded patio for enjoying the fresh air, barbequing and dining at the fire table. Extend your relaxation in the crystal clear hot tub and soak in the bath salts provided. The large fenced, grassy yard is yours to relax or play in. Take an e-bike ride to a local restaurant or wine tasting experience. Play corn hole, shoot hoops or play tennis at parks close by. There is so much to do and so many ways to relax.
