30 km from Greifswald, 40 km from Stralsund, 20 km from Demmin & Grimmen, 70 km from the Baltic Sea, is this beautiful, building-biological accommodation. Simply, surrounded by rare birdsong, invigorating trees and good air, you can recover here in the best possible way and sustainably. The home has a double bed (1.40*2 m), a small kitchen and dining area. Outside are toilet & solar shower (4-10). Hiking, canoeing on the Peene in Loitz, visiting a hay wagon sauna or simply enjoying the place. The space The sleeping area is loosely divided by a permeable room divider. There is thus a smaller sleeping area and a spacious kitchen area with dining table and sofa and even a small terrace. Next to the car is the cozy compost toilet, just for you. It is emptied by us. The solar outdoor shower is a shared shower and is about a minute's walk away. ATTENTION! From October to about the end of March, the outdoor shower cannot be used due to the risk of frost! On these colder days you can also use the bathroom in the house, where there is hot water via a boiler. However, you should let us know about 2 hours in advance so that we can prepare everything and heat it up. Guest access You have access to the entire accommodation with terrace and small sunbathing area, compost toilet and solar shower and bathroom in the house. In addition, you can move freely on the large property with orchard. Other things to note Alcohol, smoking, drugs and pets are not allowed in the accommodation and on the premises. No open fires and no loud music. No fireworks on New Year's Eve. Slippers are also mandatory. There is a small fireplace for colder days. The wood for this can be purchased from us for 4 euros per basket (enough for 1-2 days).
