As guests, you will be hosted in the master bedroom. Guest will get the master bedroom with attached bathroom and balcony. They will not have access to Kitchen and the hall. Guests can order the food via Swiggy / Zomato or any other app and food is delivered at door step till 11 pm. Used dishes to be kept outside the room and we will simply replace it with the clean dishes. Smoking is permitted in the balcony area of the room. Guest must abide by the rules of the society and any rules that may be stipulated by the Government of Maharashtra and India During your stay Hosts will be sharing the same apartment . Guests can talk to the hosts any time of the day. Other things to note We abide by the check in and check out times, however, in exceptional circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate requests subject to availability and at additional charges of 300 Rs per hour. Guests will have to provide their address proof copy having photograph on it one day prior to check-in otherwise their booking will stand cancelled and no refund will be approved in that case. There are strict silent hours from 12 am to 7 am. Outside guests are not allowed without prior approval from the Host. Id proof of that guest needs to be submitted prior to their entry in house. Cleaning of floor will be done daily between 8:30 am & 9:30 am. Deep cleaning i.e. Dusting, Bathroom cleaning, Change of linen , Change of Towels etc. will be done on 4th day of guest's stay. Any additional cleaning will be done at extra charges of 350/- rs and basis housekeeping availability.
