Charming apartment near Paris (refurbished)

Charming old apartment (moldings, parquet that cracks..) completely renovated (work in progress in March 2024) 10 minutes from the metro Maisons Alfort Stadium l 8 (12 mns for Daumesnil, 20 mns for Bastille, 35 minuts for Opéra...), 30 sec from a Velib station. Close to shops: bakery, butcher, cheesemaker, market twice a week, Franprix, Lidl and Intermarché. Nice restaurants across the street. The space The accommodation has a beautiful entrance that serves the smaller bedrooms on one side and the other the rest of the apartment. The bathroom is large and bright with space for linen. Next to it, a small room for storage. The kitchen area serves the living room (equipped with a sofa bed) and the master bedroom with a double bed. In each of the small bedrooms, 1 bench converts into 2 comfortable beds. Separate toilet. Guest access Travelers will have access to all rooms except the small storage room. Other things to note I would very much appreciate that travelers are kind enough to give a little water to plants that would thirst!
