This apartment that is very private located in the back of a large residential house. The property is completely gated and secure. The views are green mountains from every window in the space. Stunning! Private entrance & beautifully landscaped. Full kitchen with all new appliances, coffee maker, and many additional kitchen items. Everything you need!! The bedroom has a queen bed and memory foam mattress and topper. Very comfortable! Comforter, sheets, bath towels, and more are provided. Guest access You will have your own entrance in the back of the house overlooking green mountains from every window, huge avocado tree and pet turf grass in backyard. One assigned parking space provided. FYI. If you traveling with a fur baby we have a built in pet sitter with my 10 year old son. Side job :) Other things to note This apt is over a game room/ converted garage and has no shared walls with the main house. VERY private. We also have a pool table/ game room that you are more than welcome to use. :)
