Located opposite the first village of the Centovalli Valley, Corcapolo, at an altitude of 350 m, the terrace, the proximity to the Melezza river and the remote location are particularly appreciated by visitors. The house can be reached on foot in 30 minutes via a comfortable footpath. The free street parking lot is less than 20 minutes by car from Locarno. The space The house is not connected to the electricity grid; flashlights, headlamps and candles are recommended. We provide a solar battery for charging phones and laptops. Cellphone reception is good. The basement can be used for storing food at around 10°C. The house is heated with wood, which is available in the house in small quantities and can be collected in the surrounding forest if required. -1 room with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 2 floor mattresses and balcony -Kitchen/living room with table for 4 people and additional table for another 4 people -Basic kitchen equipment is available -Gas stove -Open fireplace -Shower (cold water) / WC Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and the surrounding terraces.
