Here’s some details on this beautiful getaway: — You will have access to all the amenities in the community. — 1 bedroom and a living room. — 1.5 bathrooms — 950 sq ft of indoor living space. — separate living room with Smart TV — SMART TV living room — Whole house has WiFi throughout. — Pool is open air and direct OCEAN ACCESS — ROOM 1: Master Bedroom has 2 queen beds, large closet, and its own bathroom. — ROOM 2: Living room with Sofa bed that turn into a full size bed. Living room has celling to floor Doors that open out to a beautiful ocean views. GREAT FOR GROUPS OF FRIENDS: The apartment is a great place to host a group of friends! — Jump in the Crystal clean pool right in the same building or enjoy the direct access to the ocean. — The apartment has everything you need to have a fun weekend (read more about it below). Just a 25 to 30 minute drive to South Beach, and 30 to 35 minute drive to Downtown Miami and Wynwood. Great for families! THE KITCHEN: 40% of events held at this luxury home are family reunions, and people love to cook up a storm. So we make sure to have all the cooking basics you need to make a great meal! Just bring your own food, and we’ll provide the rest: — “Dream Kitchen” to cook in and entertain and bring everyone together. — Regular oven. — Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, glasses, cups and more. — Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family. — Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps 6 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils). — Coffee machine a kettle. LOCATION: We’re actually surprisingly close to everything! We are easily accessible by Uber (takes about 5 minutes for an Uber to show up). Almost everything is within a short drive from us 1 minute to local dining, groceries, and retail (Grocery Store, Liquor Store). 10-12 minutes to Whole Foods. 20-25 minutes to downtown Miami. 25-30 minutes to South Beach. 25-30 minutes to Miami airport. 15-20 minutes to Fort Lauderdale airport. Guest access Dear guests, due to exterior painting of the building, the balcony exit is temporarily closed. Therefore, we have offered a significantly reduced rental rate for our apartment due to the inconvenience. Work is ongoing from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thank you for your understanding. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, Unlimited Valet Services at an additional low cost paid directly to them plus building amenities: one of the newest gyms in town, , heated pool, meeting center with billiard requires reservation and deposit, valet parking( some amenities may have a small cost) DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS Direct beach access, pool, gym, and all amenities with designated fob. Guests will be charged $30 at check in to receive one fob, additional ones can be purchased for us$15 each for the duration of your stay. Laundry is located on the same floor across the unit and is shared with the neighbors.
