The space The living area features a comfy sofa and cozy fireplace area with Roku TV, and fills with natural light. The kitchen is conveniently stocked for long term stays and includes a Vitamix blender and cocktail setup. The bathroom is accessed from the hallway and is stocked with soap, shampoo and towels. The laundry area is across from the bathroom, and laundry pods are provided. The bedroom in the back of the house is spacious with a king bed and desk. Accessible from the bedroom is a bonus room with a futon couch.. The backyard is fully fenced in and landscaped with an elevated patio, and has gated access to the driveway. There is driveway parking for 2 vehicles parked one behind the other, and street parking. This home is a duplex. The driveway is shared with guests who booked the other unit through Airbnb.
