I am David, a friendly, helpful, clean, responsible Canadian as your host. This second floor authentic Mexican duplex is very spacious, bright, clean, secure and well appointed. Located in 5 di Deciembre it is walking distance to the beach and Malecon. These two private adjoining rooms include a well appointed Den-Office and very comfortable medium size bedroom that are excellent together as a remote work space and/or comfortable living space and bedroom combination. There is also a large covered rear patio just off of the office space through a sliding glass door. The two private rooms includes a high quality 55 inch 4K HDR TV with Amazon Prime Video for an excellent home viewing experience, a Sonos Music speaker system for Spotify, Tidal and other Music Apps, and a good size two tier work desk. The fiber optic internet speed is very fast 250 MBs, reliable with an optional Ethernet cable connection for an even better connection and increase in internet speed. There are two Furman 6 outlet surge protection power bars for all your electronic devices. The fully equipped kitchen includes a new refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, Instapot cooker, Ninja blender, electric hot water kettle and toaster oven. There is a front balcony and a roof top terrace with mountain views and beautiful western sunsets. All linens, towels, soap, shampoo, drinking water and other essentials are included. These private rooms are in a very spacious bright second story duplex living space with high ceilings, wide open tile floors and 4 speed ceiling fans throughout including over the bed in the private bedroom. The bedroom has a very comfortable Queen bed with good quality mattress pad, pillows and sheets. Located in the relatively quiet Mexican family neighborhood of Cinco di Deciembre 6 blocks from the ocean, 15 minutes to the Malecon and two blocks from the stadium. It stays at fairly mild temperatures here during the day and there is a nice cool breeze that blows through the duplex at night. The private rooms are at the back of the duplex at the end of a longish hallway with a privacy curtain separating the private bedroom/office space from the main living area with the bedroom having its own door with lock. This does offer the guest and host a reasonably good degree of privacy. There are several neighborhood restaurants and bars and Mega Foods is within walking distance for all your groceries and more. Buses and taxis are all within a couple of blocks away. The street is a typical worn and aged cobble stone street. There are also Taco stands and Oxxo convenience stores within a couple of blocks of the home. In general, it is very easy to get around from this location. There is a large outdoor sport complex a couple of blocks away with a running track, exercise machines, handball courts, soccer fields, and outdoor basketball and volleyball courts and more. Please be aware that although this is a very good location and a nice clean spacious accommodation this is not a "tourist" area with pristine streets, sidewalks and buildings. If you are looking specifically for that this is probably not the right rental for you. Also this is not a party house. A couple of drinks are no problem at all. But if you would like to party loudly there are plenty of places to go out and do that in Puerto Vallarta. When you come home to this accommodation it is a very peaceful comfortable place to stay during your time here. Sorry, absolutely no smoking tobacco or pets. Clean and tidy guests preferred. Guest access Guests have their own private use of their Bedroom and office as well as the the covered patio off the Office/Den area. All other common areas are shared with myself. During your stay I am fully available to answer any and all questions you may have.
