With its spacious layout, it's an ideal retreat for large groups, accommodating up to 45 guests. The space The base rate includes accommodation for up to 20 guests in 3 rooms: Ground Floor Room, Family Room 1, and Barkada Room (see photos for reference). We can host up to 45 guests in total. However, toiletries and Bath towels are not included, so please bring your own. Kitchen ▪️Gas stove (₱450.00 fee for 22hrs stove usage) ▪️Refrigerator ▪️Water dispenser (Note: free 1gallon upon arrival & ₱60.00 for every refill) ▪️Griller ▪️Rice cooker (16cups 2.8L) ▪️Microwave (small size) ▪️Oven (small size) ▪️Free use: complete kitchen utensils ▪️Free use: plate, mug, glass, spoon, fork ▪️Free use: Tables and chairs for 50pax ▪️Spacious activity area (can accomodate 100pax catering services NOTE: An additional fee of ₱2,000 applies if you plan to have catering services during your stay. Our pool is heated by a natural hot spring (no heater motor), so the water from the deep well is initially very hot. It takes a few hours to reach a comfortable temperature. We make sure to fill it up few hours before your arrival, so by the time you get here, the water should be perfect for dipping. If you prefer it warmer, we can add more hot water. Guest access The resort will be entirely private for you, even if you only book three rooms. You'll have full access to our entire villa including the kitchen and pool. We provide gated parking for 2 cars on-site, with additional safe parking available outside for up to 6 cars monitored by CCTV 24/7. In addition to separate full bathrooms in each room, there are also 2 full bathrooms on the ground floor for everyone to use and 2 outdoor shower just beside the pool. Feel free to use all the amenities provided, including kitchen equipment and utensils, tables and chairs, and the griller. There's no need to bring your own—everything is available for you to use at no extra cost, EXCEPT for the stove, which is available for an additional fee of ₱500 per 22-hour stay. Other things to note PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING: 1. Bedsheets, Blankets and Pillows ARE PROVIDED. However, toiletries and Bath towels ARE NOT INCLUDED, so please bring your own. 2. Enjoy a complimentary 1 Gallon of water upon arrival. 60.00 for every refill. 3. There is a fee of 500.00 for 22 hours of stove usage. 4. You’re welcome to decorate for special occasions, but DO NOT STICK ANYTHING ON PAINTED WALL. Use only the designated wall with the PVC panel in the living area. A ₱2,000 fine will be charged for any decorations placed on painted walls. 5. An additional fee of ₱2,000 applies if you plan to have catering services during your stay. 6.
