You are also close to the South Parking Garage and less busy elevators. Walmart is a short walk. Many restaurants also within a walking distance. Luxury vinyl plank was installed in 2024. Enjoy your coffee in the morning or your favorite beverage in the evening while taking in the scenery. There's a full sized stacked washer & dryer for use during your stay. The resort's private beach access is located directly across the street next to Pineapple Willy's plus there’s a couple other public beach access points directly across from the South Parking garage (the beach is less crowded there). Guest access Resort Fee - $120 plus tax per stay included in the booking total. The fee covers the cost of the wrist bands and up to 2 parking passes. The wrist bands allow access to the pools, gym, and other amenities on site. A link to the site to register for the wrist bands and parking passes will be provided. There are restaurants located in the resort and within walking distance. Pier Park shopping area is 10 to 15 minutes by car. Plenty of parking spots available in the North and South Garages Other things to note As is the case with most high rise resorts, the elevators will be busy during peak periods. All the main elevators have recently been upgraded. There are several you can use. Often times the elevators near the South Garage are less crowded. Being on the 6th floor has its advantages.
