New cottage by the bay

Relax with the whole family in this newly built cottage, between blueberry forest and sea bay. Here, peace and nature are always close. The cottage has two bedrooms, a double bed (160) and a bunk bed (2 x 90), living room with full kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. On the balcony and the property, you can enjoy the view and grill something good. The lawns invite you to play and play. The cottage is located 3 km from Mönsterås city center with cozy shops, cafés, restaurants and other services. The space The cottage is completely newly built and was put into use for the first time in the summer of 2024. The bedrooms are in a northern location and if you open the doors, you can see through the living room out over Mönsteråsviken. Heating and cooling come from an air heat pump in the living room. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a large water heater. In the hallway, there is a spacious closet with room for your clothes. The kitchen has an induction stovetop, oven, microwave and coffee maker. The grill is in the storage room. Yes, here are good conditions for a wonderful vacation! Guest access The whole property may be used by you. There is another small house on the property but this is not rented out. Other things to note Cleaning is done by the guest. Can be booked for SEK 1,000. Guest brings own sheets and towels or books for SEK 150/person.
