A peaceful haven nestled in the heart of nature, close to the climbing spots of the Fontainebleau forest and the leisure center of Buthiers, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and recharge your batteries. Our house, designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, is the perfect place for your next family vacation, with friends or for a group getaway. Perfect for enjoying nature and spending quality time with loved ones. The space Welcome to our spacious house in Buthiers, located in the Gâtinais Regional Park. Designed by climbing enthusiasts who know the forest like the back of their hand, this house is ideally located to gravitate to the various climbing sites in the surrounding area, hike in the forest, mountain bike, enjoy the region or simply spend good times with family or friends. The different spaces, with all modern comforts and leisure facilities, have been designed to brighten up your stay. We have invested in brand new bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep for our guests. Linens and towels are provided. Discover below the different rooms that make up our charming home: Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds (90 x 200) that can be combined into double beds. A master suite with a queen size double bed (160 x 200 cm), its own ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the garden, offering additional privacy and comfort. Dormitory: Upstairs, a large dormitory with four single beds (90 x 200), ideal for large families or groups of friends. This space offers a warm and friendly atmosphere, in a spirit reminiscent of mountain shelters. Perfect for resting after a big day of sports or for organizing pajama parties for the little ones. Living Room: A bright and welcoming living room, to share good meals with family or friends around a large table. A library with a large collection of books and board games for children and adults is available. A TV area equipped with a comfortable sofa, where you can extend the evening. This large room has a pellet stove for cool winter evenings. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room allows you to cook your favorite dishes without cutting yourself off from your guests. Bathrooms: Two separate toilets for added convenience. A master bathroom with a bathtub, and a shower in the master suite. Games room: A games room, equipped with a foosball table for hours of fun with family or friends. A favorite room for children during the day and adults at the end of the evening, this space is ideal for having fun and creating unforgettable memories. Remote work space: An office has been set up in a dedicated room to be able to isolate yourself and work quietly if needed. Yard: A spacious and peaceful garden, with no neighbors, overlooking the forest. Tables will allow you to dine outdoors on sunny days, in the shade of the cherry tree. Get a breath of fresh air and relax on the terrace, or just enjoy a nap in the hammock. A 6 m wide and 3 m high climbing wall will allow you to warm up before going to the rocks in the forest. Guest access Close to Paris: Our house is only an hour's drive from Porte d'Orléans, making it an ideal place to stay while enjoying a peaceful setting in the countryside (exit no. 13 Milly-la-Forêt on the A6). Malesherbes train station is a 5-minute drive away (RER E). Fontainebleau / Avon train station 25 min drive (TER). Bus stop near the house (see timetable). Parking: We provide a parking space for three vehicles in the property, which facilitates your arrival and departure. Shops: All amenities are in Malesherbes (5 min drive): Intermarché, Leclerc, Carrefour Market, bakery, gas station... Other things to note Points of Interest: Major climbing sites nearby: - Buthiers 5 min away, - L'éléphant 15 min away, - La Dame Jouanne 20 min away, - Le cul du chien 25 min, - etc... We can provide you with maps, crash pads, and brushes (to be requested in advance). Don't hesitate to ask us for advice for your outings in the forest, we will show you our hidden sites, the classics of the area... If you wish, we can also connect you with local climbing instructors who will allow you to get started or improve. What if it rains? Don't panic, you can continue to indulge in your favorite sport in the covered climbing gym in Buthiers. Other things to note The presence of stairs in the house makes the presence of a disabled person in a wheelchair complicated. Parties are not allowed, noise must be greatly reduced from 10pm. The calm of this property is highly protected. The house is strictly non-smoking, cigarette butts should not be thrown on the ground.
