A haven of peace nestled in the heart of nature, close to the climbing spots of the Fontainebleau forest and the leisure base of Buthiers, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and recharge your batteries. Our house, designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, is the perfect place for your next holiday with family, friends or for a group getaway. Perfect for enjoying nature and spending quality time with loved ones. The space Welcome to our spacious house in Buthiers, located in the Gâtinais Regional Park. Designed by climbing enthusiasts who know the forest like their pocket, this house is ideally located for climbing on the various climbing sites nearby, hiking in the forest, mountain biking, enjoying the region or just having fun with family or friends. The different spaces, with all modern comforts and leisure amenities, have been designed to brighten up your stay. We've invested in completely new bedding to ensure a restful sleep for our guests. Linens and towels are provided. Below are the different rooms that make up our charming home: Bedrooms: Two flirtatious bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds (90 x 200) that can be twinned into double beds. A master suite with a queen size double bed (160x200), its own ensuite shower room, and its direct access to the garden, offering extra privacy and comfort. Dorm: Upstairs, a large dormitory with four single beds (90x200), ideal for large families or groups of friends. This space offers a warm and friendly atmosphere, in a spirit reminiscent of mountain refuges. Perfect for resting after a big sporting day or organizing the little ones' pajamas. Living room: A bright and welcoming living room, to share good meals with family or friends around a large table. A library with a wide collection of books and board games for children and adults are available. A TV area equipped with a comfortable sofa, where you can extend the evening. This large room features a pellet stove for cool winter evenings. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room allows you to cook your favorite dishes without cutting yourself off from your guests. Bathrooms: Two separate toilets for added convenience. A master bathroom with a bathtub, and a shower in the master suite. Game room: A games room, equipped with foosball for hours of fun for families or groups of friends. A favorite room for children during the day and adults at the end of the evening, this space is ideal for fun and creating unforgettable memories. Remote work space: An office has been set up in a dedicated room so you can isolate yourself and work quietly if needed. Garden: A spacious and peaceful garden, without any vis-à-vis, with a view to the forest. Tables will allow you to take your meals outdoors on sunny days, in the shade of the cherry tree. Take a breath of fresh air and relax on the deck, or just enjoy a nap in the hammock. A climbing panel 6m wide and 3m high will allow you to warm up before going to the assault of the rocks in the forest. Guest access Proximity to Paris: Our house is only an hour's drive from Porte d 'Orléans, making it an ideal place to stay while enjoying a peaceful setting in the countryside (exit n°13 Milly-la-Forêt on the A6). Malesherbes train station 5 min by car (RER E). Gare de Fontainebleau / Avon 25 min drive (TER). Bus stop near the house (check schedules). Parking: We provide a parking space for three vehicles in the property, making it easy for you to check in and out. Shops: All amenities are in Malesherbes (5 min drive): Intermarché, Leclerc, Carrefour Market, boulangerie, gas station... Other things to note Points of Interest: Major nearby climbing sites: - Buthiers at 5 min, - The elephant at 15 min, - La Dame Jouanne 20 min away, - The dog's a*s 25 min away, - etc... We can provide topos, crashpads, and brushes (to be requested in advance). Do not hesitate to ask us for advice for your trips in the forest, we will tell you our hidden sites, the local classics... If you wish, we can also connect you with local climbing instructors who will allow you to initiate or perfect yourself. What if it rains? Don't worry, you can continue to indulge in your favorite sport in the covered climbing room in Buthiers. Other things to note The presence of stairs in the house makes it difficult to have a wheelchair disabled person. Parties are not allowed, noise must be greatly reduced from 10pm.
