De Banon 156 is an eclectic 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath family-owned home in Cinere, Depok, Jawa Barat. The house is located in a safe gated complex with only one entrance and exit. The neighborhood is pet and kids-friendly. Suitable for families or group of friends looking for a laidback getaway. NO PARTIES & EVENTS. NO ALCOHOL. We love our home, and we only host guests who can be responsible and take care of the house like it’s theirs. Please respect quiet hours from 21.00-08.00. The space The house consists of 1 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a powder room on first floor. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 large shared bathroom on the second floor. The carport accommodates 2 cars (large carport) and 4 motorcycles (small carport). Guests are not allowed to bring more vehicles than garage capacity. Guest access Guests have full access of the main house. Our housekeeper has separate entrance and exit. Guests staying multiple nights need to unlock the service door beside the pantry for our cleaning lady’s access to clean the house. Other things to note • The house is a non-smoking property. Smoking /e-cigarettes are only allowed at outdoor areas. • No events, no parties, no alcohol, no loud music, no screaming/shouting, no gambling, no illegal activities against the law. A laidback staycation only! • No hosting more than 7 pax (children/infants included). No unregistered guests during stay. Failure to comply with this rule will incur a fine of IDR 500K/extra person • No unregistered pets! Pets must be listed as guest via Airbnb. Pets are not allowed on beds and couches. Guests are expected to bring their own pet beds and pee pads if needed. • House is located in a quiet community, please respect quiet hours from 21.00-08.00. Guests are still allowed to do activities INSIDE the house with minimal noise. • Small cameras/phone cameras are allowed during stay for personal documentation, no commercial shoot and videography allowed! Please do not take pictures with neighbor’s house as background, kindly respect neighbors’ property and privacy. • Guests are responsible for their own mess (trash, dishes, putting back pillows and blankets to where they were), and expected to leave the house in good condition as they first walked in. This is a someone’s home, not a hotel :-) • When guests fail to comply with the house rules, host has the right to ask guests to leave, call reinforcement (police) when needed, and guests are object to fine up to IDR 5.000.000 (depending on replacement/repaint/repair fee).
