Other things to note 🏡 House Rules 🔕 Silence and Respect Sound should be kept at a moderate volume throughout the day. After 10pm, silence is mandatory to ensure the tranquility of the environment and respect for the neighborhood. ⚠️ Failure to comply with this rule is subject to a fine and possible early termination of the stay, without a refund. 💡 Important: The house has an internal Sound Bar, as well as an air-conditioned leisure space with air conditioning and complete closure, providing comfort for guests without generating external discomfort. Enjoy with awareness! 🚫 No Loud Sounds The use of car stereos or any amplified sound equipment is strictly prohibited at all times. 🚫 Indoor Area and Pool Prohibitions No smoking inside the house, especially in the suites, living room and kitchen. No glass cups or food are allowed inside the pool. Before entering the pool, it is mandatory to use the shower to remove tanning lotions, creams or any body product that may compromise the water quality and cleanliness of the pool. ⚡ Energy Consumption The reservation includes up to 40 kWh of electricity consumption throughout the stay. If this limit is exceeded, R$1.00 per kWh will be charged, with the reading made at check-in and check-out. This measure was adopted with the aim of raising awareness about the responsible use of natural resources and reinforcing our commitment to the environment. 🌱⚡ 🧹 House Cleaning The house must be returned in the same conditions as when you entered. Used dishes should be washed. Trash must be collected and disposed of in the indicated places. We offer an optional fee for final cleaning if you do not want to perform these procedures. This fee is additional and refers exclusively to the departure, not to the cleaning done before check-in. We accept pets for a fee (R$80.00) for every day of the stay. 🛏️ Use of the Suites The suites are released according to the number of guests informed in the reservation. 📌 Example: If there are 2 couples, 2 suites will be available. Therefore, it is essential to inform the correct number of guests in advance, so that we can prepare the rooms properly. 📄 Guest Documents It is mandatory to send the documents of all guests before the start of the stay. 🚗 Parking Private, safe and spacious garage with capacity for up to 4 vehicles.
