The space Villa Lidia consists of a large living room with an adjoining kitchen, three double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with a shower. Adjacent to the house there are two outdoor spaces, one used as a dining area where the barbecue is located and the other used as a relaxation area with comfortable armchairs. It is located on a private street with the possibility of exclusive and free parking. Guest access The villa is for the exclusive use of guests who have booked the residence and are duly registered with the competent authorities. Other things to note At check-in, you must pay (in cash or by bank transfer, the IBAN code of which will be given at a later time) the costs for final cleaning (€160.00) and the tourist tax of €2.00 per day per person for a maximum of 10 days (children aged 10 or under do not pay). In the house there are 3 double bedrooms, it is possible to request, at the time of booking, the addition of a single bed only in one of the rooms.
