The house comfortably accommodates 4 guests with the following sleeping arrangements: SLEEPING: * Master Bedroom: King bed with en-suite bathroom and private outdoor shower, located on the first floor - no steps required for entry. * Second Bedroom: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom * Additional Sleeping Options: * Twin bed (available on request) * Modular sleeper sofa with a queen memory foam mattress topper (available on request) * Pack and Play + Bassinet Attachment ***Please note, the additional bed options are to accommodate 4 guests who do not wish to share a bed. These beds are NOT to be used for extra guests as 4 guests is the maximum capacity. ACCESSIBILITY: There is stairless entry for the front door (It has a ramp to get in the front door, of which part is gravel) and only 2 steps to get in the side door. While we can not claim to be fully ADA accessible, all necessary living spaces are accessible without stairs including 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, 1 living room, and laundry. All downstairs flooring is hardwood floor, and the master bathroom downstairs can fit a wheelchair through the door, and has a shower flush with the floor that can fit a shower seat if needed (not included at the home).
