NEW KITCHEN open to the living room, with bay window overlooking the balcony, and equipped with a top refrigerator (new) with freezer compartment, an electric hob (2-burner induction), a microwave oven, a SENSEO coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and everything you need to make good meals. CABIN with a bunk bed (2 single beds 90x190) equipped with pillows and duvets. BATHROOM consisting of a shower, sink with mirror and hair dryer. Separate toilet. The only shared spaces are the common areas of the residence such as the access corridors to the accommodation and private parking, the boulodrome and bicycle parking. Access to common areas is secured through the use of a transmitter beep. Other things to note How to welcome: The keys are to be picked up at the reception point "Conciergerie du Cap d 'Agde" located 3 minutes by car from the accommodation and 18 minutes by foot. You can pick up the keys on your own from 4pm in a numbered lockbox accessible 24/7. The codes will be shared with you on the day of your arrival.
