Check-in is between 3PM - 5PM and check-out is before 11AM. The Secondary Suite is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Please be aware that the Main House may be rented out during your stay and shared areas such as the backyard may be shared. Prior to arrival, a House Manual will be sent including a home guide, house rules, recommended local attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and more. Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions! Other things to note Room rentals are single tenant occupancy. The property is not suited for children or couples. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break during your stay, please contact the host as soon as possible so that a repair can be arranged immediately. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to the platform you scheduled on. Additional Cleaning & Disposal Fees: To help maintain a clean and welcoming space for all guests, the following fees may apply after checkout: • $50 charge for each appliance (refrigerator, oven, microwave, air fryer, or toaster) not cleaned out. • $100 fee if the cleaner is required to haul away and dispose of any items left behind. • $20 replacement fee for any soiled or stained pillow protectors or mattress protectors.
