We are a European-Mexican couple, living in the only community gated golf resort in San Felipe, at the sea border. We have a beautiful, completely independent room with a bathroom to offer. Our priority is the comfort, immaculate room - bathroom cleanliness, and the well-being of our guests. The place is completely secure with 24/7 surveillance. The price includes 2 delicious (5* reviews ) Mexican breakfasts (7:00-9:00 AM) each morning. We speak English, Spanish, French, and Italian. The space Each room has a queen-sized bed with a feather duvet, spotless towels, an HD 4k TV, ultra high-speed satellite internet (120 Mb), a ceiling fan, air split conditioning, portable electric heating, and a mini refrigerator. Each independent bathroom is completely tiled with a hot water shower, sanitized toilet, and perfectly cleaned. 100% Covid free space. An additional service tiled bathroom is also available on the patio. Animals are not allowed - no children ( 0-21 years old ). Guest access The room has direct access to the main entrance door, no stairs, and free parking for 3 additional cars. Your cars, trailers, RV, motos,... here are 100 % safe with 24/24h security service. A single additional cost of 35 USD for the 2 guests to have access to the golf resort and its amenities, which are paid at the resort office before entering. Other things to note The beach (with palapas), BBQ, swimming pools, jacuzzis, a picket ball court, and golf course are private and exclusive, in addition to absolute tranquility, a starry night, and a noise-free area.
