Enjoy fish n chips by the sea ! Take a walk along The Hayling Billy trail to Langstone Harbour. Venture off the island to visit Gunwharf Quays & Portsmouths historic dock yard, or take a ferry to the Isle of Wight. Visit places such as Emsworth, Bosham, Goodwood racecourse & surrounding areas The space Our Cosy Cabin has an open plan sleeping & Tv chill area to sit & relax. There are Phone charging points & sockets & lamps either side of the beds. There is a mirror & hairdryer provided. Light & attractive Lounge area with sofa & TV . There is a separate kitchen equipped with Air Fryer, small hob , coffee machine , a microwave plus a kettle & toaster. Kitchen sink with a window over looking the pretty garden . Please NOTE , there is NOT a washing machine ! There is no Wi Fi !! There is an ironing board & iron provided. Separate shower room , shower cubicle with electric shower toilet, sink & towel warmer , towels provided along with hand soap & shower gel . Guest access Our House is located in a lovely residential area very close to the seafront . The cabin/annexe is located within our garden . It is detached from our house via its own entrance. There is a private covered patio area for guests with a table & chairs for 2 to sit under cover outside the cabin for breakfast or drinks on an evening. Other things to note We offer guest parking on our driveway . Please do let us know your estimated time of arrival & we will reserve a space for you .There is also free street parking close by .
