Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Home is located at waters edge of a 8 acre private lake on a 100 acre farm. Private trail with seasonal creek. Dock and pedal boat provided for your use. Fishing is allowed, bring your own kayaks, canoes, fishing gear and bait, rules and limits on fishing posted. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and wildlife viewing. Play horseshoes, use multi game table and relax by the fire pit, wood provided. The space Open living/dining/kitchen area. Bedroom one has two full size bed. Primary bedroom has king sized bed attached bathroom walk in closet. Fifth bed is foldable mattress in small room. Second guest bathroom with tub and laundry area. Front porch extends whole front of house and covered deck on back of house. Guest access Keypad entry Other things to note Home is 16 minutes to Greer’s Ferry lake, Furgersons Choctaw marina. 15 minutes to hospital and Walmart. 37 minutes to Fairfield Bay for golf, tennis, putt putt, ATV riding trails. 7 minutes to Dollar General. 12 minutes to Gateway Twin Cinema and 21 minutes to National chuck wagon races. 15 minutes to the Barn at Greer’s ferry lake. We are also close to Ozark National Forest UTV riding trail network.
