Fully equipped with amenities that are perfect for short and long term stays. The space Our guest will have the opportunity to stay in the entire house which includes: Beautiful and spacious open floor plan great for multiple families ~Snooze fest -Master Bedroom #1: King bed with 2 rollaway (twin size) in closet with pillows in storage baskets and 55" Smart TV with Roku smart TV streaming options -Bedroom #2: King Bed -Bedroom #3: Two Full Beds ~Living Room -High speed Wi-Fi -75" Smart TV with Roku smart TV streaming options -Family board games ~Dining Area -Fully equipped kitchen: Utensils, plates, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, blender, Keurig Coffee and more (kids utensils, plates/bowls, cups, and high chair also available) -Main Dining Table: 8 Seats ~Laundry room -In-unit Washer & Dryer -Complimentary laundry detergent and dryer sheets ~Backyard -patio set with fire pit -family friendly games (tic tac toe, cornhole, slammo) -Grill with grill tools ready to use (please DO NOT use the grill in the middle of backyard as THAT IS NOT operable) ~Centrally located, enjoy major theme parks, good eats, beautiful beaches, world class shopping, and all of what Orange County has to offer! The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood. •No loud noise or music past 9 PM •Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater. •Home has 2 SPLIT AC UNITS and 2 WINDOW AC UNITS (remotes are stored in respective rooms in nightstands and kitchen counter) •Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. •There is an attached garage, but is UNAVAILABLE for use. It is being used as storage. •No Shoes inside the property. •No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls. •No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected. •Checkin time is 4 PM - 12 AM (fees will apply after 10 PM) •Checkout time is 10 AM. •No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up. •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture •No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc. •No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) •No Pets •No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces and available street parking ***We reserve the right to keep your security deposit if these rules are broken*** These rules enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests. After the reservation is confirmed, we will ask you to agree to our house rules and for a government issued ID. Both are required for access to the home. Guest access We provide a contactless self checkin through the front door with access to the entire house. There's plenty of street parking and the entire length of the driveway to use for parking your cars Other things to note ~Street sweeping (MONDAY), please do not park on either side of the street on Mondays between 7 am - 12 pm. We are not responsible for any tickets incurred. ~Trash pick-up (FRIDAY) ~Parking: entire length of the driveway and street parking are available ~Property Disclosures: We have 4, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance, garage, and both sides of the home which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the living room which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does NOT record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are NO indoor cameras within the home. ~Please be mindful and respectful to our neighbors as this is an older residential area. Please note STRICT house rules. This will allow us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests. ~One bath towel and one hand towel per guest (more available upon request) ~NO PARTIES ALLOWED ~NO LOUD MUSIC after 9pm ~NO SHOES, SMOKING, OR PETS inside the home (slippers will be provided in a basket by front door)
