The room is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring: Sleeping: A queen-sized bed with convenient end tables and lamps. Workspace: A dedicated desk and chair, perfect for remote work or study. Entertainment: A Smart TV for your favorite streaming apps & youtube Storage: closet space with hangers, extra comforter and a hairdryer for your convenience. Layout: As a 1-story home, everything is easily accessible on a single level. ******************************************************* Strategic Location for Work & Events: Our home is a commuter’s dream, located just 3 minutes (1.7 miles) from I-85 (Exit 107), providing seamless access to Atlanta and surrounding areas. Northside Hospital Gwinnett: Only 10 minutes (4.9 miles) away—ideal for medical professionals or traveling nurses. Gas South District (Arena/Convention Center): Just 8 minutes away. Sugarloaf Mills Mall: A quick 3-minute drive for shopping and dining. Gwinnett Technical College: Only 4 minutes away. Guest access While the bedroom is your private sanctuary, you are welcome to enjoy the shared common areas of the house: Shared Spaces: You have access to the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Laundry: Feel free to use our laundry room; we provide the detergent! Outdoors: Relax in our spacious backyard. Parking: One free parking spot is reserved for you on the driveway. Note: To ensure privacy for all, the garage and the closets in the common areas are not accessible to guests. During your stay I do not live in the house, but I am always just a message away for any needs, questions, or local recommendations. My kind and helpful relatives live in the master bedroom on-site. While their English is limited, they are very welcoming and happy to communicate via a phone translator if you need immediate assistance. We value your privacy and want you to feel right at home. Other things to note Check-in: Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Seamless Entry: On your arrival date at 4:00 PM, you will receive digital passcodes for both the front door and your private bedroom door. Late Arrival: If you need to check in after 10:00 PM, please let me know in advance. I will do my best to remain reachable to ensure your check-in goes smoothly. Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours (10pm-6am)
