The space Bay Mau Homestay is a fully private 2-bedroom house located near Dahican Beach, perfect for families and small groups of up to 9 guests. You will have the entire place to yourself, ensuring comfort, privacy, and a relaxing stay. The home features a cozy living area with Smart TV and WiFi, air-conditioned bedrooms, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen for light cooking. The bathroom includes hot and cold shower for your convenience. For added comfort, the property is equipped with a generator, so you won’t have to worry about unexpected power interruptions. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house—no shared spaces, ensuring privacy throughout your stay. Including the living area, dining space, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and outdoor entrance area. Parking space is available on the property. CCTV is installed in the parking area for security purposes only. We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay. Note: For bookings of 2 guests, only one bedroom will be opened. The other room will remain closed. Other things to note BOOKING & OCCUPANCY POLICY Generator Use Policy * Generator use is free of charge. * Guests must provide and buy their own diesel fuel. * Maximum continuous use is limited to 3 hours only (Not beyond quite time) * Generator use must be considerate during quiet hours to avoid disturbing other guests and neighbors. 👥 Occupancy Policy Booking is confirmed based on the declared number of guests. For 2 guests, unused rooms will be closed. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. 🔒 Exclusive Stay The house is provided as private and exclusive use per booking. Closed rooms are not accessible unless upgraded and paid accordingly. 🕒 Check-in & Check-out Check-in: 2:00 PM Check-out: 11-11:30 AM Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability (150/hour). 🚗 Transportation (Airport pick-up/ transfer) & Rentals Motorcycle, sedan and SUV rentals are available upon request. Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability. 🐾 Pet Policy Pets are allowed with prior approval. Pet Fee: ₱400 per pet /per stay. Pets supervised at all times. Not allowed on beds or furniture. Owners are responsible for cleaning. Any damages or extra cleaning required will be charged accordingly. 👥 Guests & Visitors • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. • Please inform us in advance if you will have visitors. • Maximum occupancy must be strictly followed 🚭 Smoking Policy • No smoking inside the house. • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. • A cleaning fee may apply for violations. 🍳 Kitchen Use • Feel free to use the kitchen. • Please clean as you go and wash dishes after use. • Turn off appliances when not in use. 🛏️ Cleanliness & Care • Treat the home with care like your own. • Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. • Report any damages immediately. 🔌 Electricity & Water • Turn off lights, aircon, and appliances when leaving. • Help conserve water. 🚗 Parking • Parking is available • Park only in designated areas. 🔑 Keys & Security • Always lock doors and windows when leaving. • Lost keys may incur a replacement fee. 🚫 Prohibited Activities • No illegal activities. • No parties or events unless approved. 💬 Reminder We aim to provide a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay for all guests.
