Located just 1km from Cable Beach is a private unit situated within a resort complex boasting 5 swimming pools, BBQ area, onsite parking. The unit itself, has a fully equipped kitchenette including full sized fridge, oven, diswasher, microwave, coffee machine, large living and dining area, separate bedroom with a Queen Bed including wardrobe and TV, lounge with pull out sofa bed, private balcony with BBQ, ensuite including a washing machine. The space The unit is a modern unit located on the second floor. Kitchenette The kitchenette is fully equipped with essentials including cooking essentials for your convenience. Basic continental style breakfast supplies are included as is a coffee machine including pods. Bedroom The bedroom boasts a super comfy queen bed, large built in robe to unpack your belongings and TV for your convenience. Quality bed linen is supplied. Lounge Room Features a pull out double sofa bed with quality linen (supplied on when additional guests are booked), smart TV and comfy lounge chair. Bathroom Full sized luxurious shower with quality toiletries are included. All bath towels and pool towels are supplied. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer for guest use. The Balcony At the end of the day, sit back and enjoy the sunset, overlooking garden and scrub land the balcony has a comfy setting including a small BBQ for a peaceful night in. The Resort The Resort boasts 5 swimming pools - an infinity pool, large resort pool and toddler wading pool in the centre of the resort aswell as two separate leisure pools located at the rear of the property. There is a restaurant and bar located within the resort with all charges paid directly to the resort. Please note - checkin is not required at the reception area - checkin details will be sent directly to you a day or two before your arrival. Guest access The unit is located on the second floor with access via stairs only (sorry there is no lift available). Please keep this in mind when booking, guests will need to be able to climb stairs to access the unit. Check-in is not required at the reception area. Instructions on how to check-in will be sent to you before your arrival. Other things to note The resort is a shared space so please respect other guests staying within the resort. There is no smoking and no party policy within the unit and complex. Fees may apply if evidence is found of smoking within the unit/complex. You may also be asked to leave the unit, without refund, if complaints of a party or excessive noise is made within the unit or complex. Access to the pool is via a swipe card. This will be supplied when checking in. Fees apply for lost or stolen cards. If the card is lost or stolen, please report immediately. Units are professionally cleaned before your arrival.
