Townhouse where we live year-round, located in the quiet area of Tasdon (La Rochelle), close to all amenities that has a nice outdoor space: > 3 min walk (supermarket, pharmacy, doctor's office, bar, restaurant, hairdresser...) > 5-minute walk (Carrefour City, bakery) > 7 min by bike or 20 min walk to the old port (1.2 km) > 10 min by bike from the Minimes district, marina, beach, sea bus... Bus stop 50 m away, marsh next door. The space Welcome to our 85 m2 townhouse, with a beautiful wooded terrace, equipped with a large above-ground hard spa (1.5 m x 2.6 m x 0.7 m) ideal depth to cool off young and old (it's not a swimming pool to jump in because it's not deep enough)! It is a two-story house with the main room on the 1st floor. On the ground floor you will find the reception hall with a desk and cupboards, a summer kitchen with direct access to the terrace as well as a bedroom equipped with a 140 x 190 bed (memory foam spring) as well as a shower room with toilet. The floor consists of the main room equipped with the open kitchen, 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed (memory foam), 1 children's bedroom (it will be depersonalized but will be made available, children's desk and kitchen) with a 90 x 190 cm bed that can accommodate an adult. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink and a 180 x 80 shower. A second separate toilet is also upstairs. Changing table and cot with quality mattress can be added to this equipment on request. Thanks to its two fully equipped kitchens, you will find everything to make your stay comfortable (fridge, oven, induction stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine...), as well as the washing machine and dryer. A stone barbecue completes the possibilities of spending a friendly moment on the terrace. Living room equipped with a 3-meter bay window overlooking the other houses in the neighborhood with a slight view. (does not bother us during the year because you have to look at the bay window at an angle to see the neighbors). Guest access The entire house, terrace, spa. The garage where we will store our personal belongings will be locked. Other things to note We ask that you take care of the house. The costs incurred by any damage will be at your expense. Housekeeping must be done before your departure. The house is non-smoking. The neighborhood is quiet and discreet, parties are forbidden. Here, young children are welcome.
