The space This single queen has 1 queen size bed and can comfortably fit 1 to 2 people. It has a full size dresser, table and chairs, microwave and refrigerator. As well as a full size bath tub/shower and full furnished with linens that can get replenished each day. The Aroostook Hospitality inn is family owned and operated we are located on 164 which is 7 minutes off of route 1. We strive to make our hotel feel warm, inviting, welcoming. Presque Isle 9 minutes from the nearest Walmart, Mardens, Sub-way, KFC, Arbys, Pizza hut, Irving, Tim Hortons, Dunkin Donuts, The mall 12 minutes from the Air Port 13 From the laundry mat -Washburn *Towards Washurn we are 6 minutes from Washburn Trailside is convenient store/gas station/restaurant which a great place summer and winter for filling up your sleds, AtVs, or simply to just grab a bite to eat * 6 minutes from dollar general * 8 minutes from Country farms market Guest access The guests alone will have access to room 9 during their entire stay here. There is parking in front of their room. Guests have access to the sitting room outside the office where there is coffee as well. There is also a gazebo they are welcome to use and also a fire pit. I will ask that one asks before they use the fire pit. Other things to note We do only allow dogs at our property! There is a small fee! These units are non smoking any evidence of smoking will be charged cleaning and damages fee!
