Ard Beg is a charming self-catering cottage sleeping three people. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables & wardrobe. There is also a spacious single bedroom with bedside table and wardrobe. The space The cottage is located along a quiet cobbled street in the centre of Castletown, the ancient capital of the Isle of Man. Just around the corner you will see the impressive medieval Castle Rushen once home to the Kings and Lords of Mann. There are three other Manx National Heritage sites in Castletown - The Old House of Keys, The Nautical Museum & The Old Grammar School all within a 5 minute walk from the cottage. Ard Beg provides an excellent base to explore what the Isle of Man has to offer. The cottage is also just a five minute walk away from the Billown road racing circuit which hosts the Southern 100 races in July, as well as the Pre and Post TT Races. Ard Beg is very easily accessed from Ronaldsway Airport approx 5 minute drive and Douglas Ferry Terminal approx 20 minute drive. Taxis are available outside the airport terminal and Douglas sea terminal. With access to public transport only a 5 minute walk away the cottage is ideal for those travelling without a car to explore the Island. For larger groups this property can be booked alongside Ard Lee and Ard Mor which each sleep 3 people. Ard Beg is the end of the three cottages.
