The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a shower room and a toilet, which are separate in the hallway. There is a spacious shared garden (there are other apartments on the second floor of the building), a swimming pool (1.1m deep) available during the summer season, the opportunity to play ping-pong and volleyball. Sauna is available for additional cost. Within walking distance is the New Lake and a little further - the Old Lake.
