Guesthouse in Nacogdoches

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located west of Nacogdoches. 14 minutes to SFASU, 10 minutes to the brick streets of historical downtown, 9 minutes to the Nacogdoches county Expo Center, 8 minutes to lake Nacogdoches. Relax on one of the patios, the pool area or enjoy a ride around the property on our golf cart. The space My property is 3 acres, half wooded and half cleared. The property is from the driveway across to the neighbors driveway and from street to the back fence. It is difficult for me to keep the wooded area manicured so please always be aware of the wildlife and vegetation. The golf cart can be used to tour the property but please do not run over large limbs or downed trees. For your safety when the winds are high do not venture into the woods. Guest access You are invited to park under the pavilion. Guests have use of the big pavilion and the patio behind the cottage. To get to the pool area you walk behind the main house and enter through the gate. Instructions to receive code on the gate are in binder on the table in the cottage. There are frisbees 🥏 for you to enjoy…the front yard has a large open space. There is a bean bag toss in the closet of the cottage you are welcome to use. Please return to a dry area if you suspect ☔️ rain. The street in front of the house is very nice for a stroll. At the back of the property is a nice area to watch a sunset. Other things to note The kitchenette does not have an oven or stovetop. It is a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, keurig, I have a few bbq utensils for your convenience and I leave a few coffees, coffee cups, creamers, sugar, juices, waters, and some paper and plastic wares.
