More than just a vacation home This house is inhabited all year round and that is exactly the difference. Lovingly furnished, the house has a special Mediterranean flair. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. Air conditioning, pool heating and, for the winter months, gas central heating ensure a year-round feel-good atmosphere. Whether Thermomix, Airfryer, Nespresso, a full set of kitchen appliances is as standard as the filled beverage refrigerator. The space Bedroom 1 This is a double room with an adjoining bathroom. Bedroom 2 This is an apartment that can be reached via an external staircase with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Wake up with sea views. There is also a sofa bed for another 2 people. A crib and high chair are available in this area, but can also be placed on the main level. On the same level are a washing machine and dryer. There is a rotary dryer outside. Bedroom 3 This is a single room with a sofa bed. The room is small but has its own balcony overlooking the entire area. The bathroom is shared with bedroom 1. Instead of a grill, two teppanyaki are available. The grills are placed directly on the dining table and everyone can hang up at the same time! No one has to stand at the grill, the communicative way of grilling! Guest access You will be personally greeted by my property management and everything will be shown and explained to you. The property management is at your disposal throughout the stay. Other things to note The house is fully equipped. You have access to beach towels, beach bags, air mattresses and beach umbrellas. You will find enough towels on site, so that they are available in more than sufficient quantity. The cleaning costs include complete disinfection by nebulization. In addition to the beverage refrigerator, spirits are also available. On request, a breakfast service, Spanish evenings or tours of the surrounding area can be booked via the property management. A cleaning service can also take place in between on request.
