Cozy apartment in the heart of Amager, Copenhagen! This charming one-bedroom apartment is just minutes from the city center and a short walk to the beach. Perfect for solo travelers or couples, enjoy easy access to top attractions, cafes, and parks. Other things to note Wifi / internet You are welcome to use the apartment wifi-connection. Leaving the apartment Please check that the oven, burners, and other appliances are turned off whenever leaving the apartment. The door to the stairwell must be locked with a key to close. However, the door to the street locks automatically when it closes, so please remember to bring the keys with you whenever you leave! Noise and quiet hours The quiet hours in the building are: Weekdays 10 PM to 7 AM Weekends (Friday evening to Sunday morning) 11 PM to 9 AM Please generally keep your voice down in the stairwell. Shower Please remember to close the shower curtain when you shower. Remove toilet paper, electric devices, and other items, so they do not get wet (water gets everywhere in the small space). Cooking Please open the window in the kitchen during cooking to ensure proper ventilation. Please do not turn on the stove burners/oven and the electric kettle simultaneously, as the circuit will be overloaded. If the circuit breaker trips, disconnect all electrical equipment and then turn the power back on at the breaker in the hallway. Check-Out Instructions Please leave the apartment cleaned and as received and take out any trash before departure. Bed sheet and duvet covers can be left on (I will take care of washing them). Please ensure that the oven, burners, and other appliances are turned off, all windows are closed, and the kitchen back door is locked. Lock the door to the apartment and drop the keys in the mailbox (ground floor) marked “1. TV. Søren Frølund Østbirk”. Smoking Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in the stairwell. Parties Parties and other events are not allowed in the apartment. Pets No pets are allowed in the apartment. Cleaning Cleaning agents, dishwasher tablets, sponges and cloths are in the cabinet below the kitchen sink. Toilet cleaner and brush is in the bathroom. There is a vacuum cleaner in the right side of the blue cabinet in the living room. Trash Trash should be placed in containers in the yard. Trash is sorted in the following categories: bio-waste, paper, cardboard, plastic, metal, electronics, and batteries. The yard can be accessed through the kitchen backdoor (the key is included in the set of keys).
