The Refuge

Come and discover for a week or a longer stay, a simple, welcoming and natural place where relaxation is the only activity. Welcome to the "Refuge", a charming 45 m² duplex apartment, located in a villa, with its own independent entrance and private outdoor space. The space You will access the apartment through a large bay window that opens onto a welcoming living room with a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and large storage cupboard. Upstairs, a spacious mezzanine bedroom with double bed and desk offers a space to rest and, if necessary, work. The Refuge has been recently renovated with new and recycled materials, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is fully air-conditioned for your comfort in summer, with efficient heating for the cooler months. Outside, enjoy your private terrace with dining table and garden lounge area to relax throughout the year. During the summer months (June to September), you will also have access to a plancha for barbecue evenings and the owners' swimming pool from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. with free access, without having to share it with them. A reserved parking space is available for your use. Ideal for a couple looking to relax in a cozy and warm setting, the Refuge with its unique atmosphere, modern facilities and access to the pool in summer, promises you a memorable experience in any season. Please note that a surcharge of €25/week will be applied from November to March to cover electricity costs (to be paid on the day of your arrival).
