The space The 52 sqm, open and ultra-modern 1-room apartment is located in the basement of a newly built single-family house, in a quiet ring road, on the outskirts of Bondorf in a residential area. With over 6,000 inhabitants, the place offers a colorful life and everything your heart desires. The elegant living/cooking/sleeping and dining area, decorated in natural tones, offers a great feel-good factor, thanks to clay walls and castle thieves. A cozy outdoor area completes the whole thing. This apartment is equipped with a modern built-in kitchen (stove, oven, fridge/freezer, etc.), electric shutters, Internet and TV connection and wall heating with individual temperature control. The furnishings combine modernity with country house furniture and nature. Thanks to the external staircase, this residential unit has a separate entrance. In the spacious, inviting bathroom, many natural materials were also used. It is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine and a real stone sink. The Hiller farm shop is easily accessible via the fields and offers many delicacies from asparagus to farm ice cream. If you like to play golf, you will also get your money's worth, because Bondorf has an excellent course less than 5 minutes by car. Bondorf is two places from the Black Forest and Tübingen is just as far away. Many excursion destinations can be found from this point of view and a selection of possibilities is available in the apartment.
