Cozy house in the center of Leppävirta. Suitable for both small and large groups: 10 sleeping places (6 beds, the rest are mattress places). The yard can accommodate several cars and the parking lot can also accommodate a truck. Despite its location, the house and yard are quiet. Lots to do for the kids. Pets are welcome. Welcome! The space The house operates as a year-round cottage. Upstairs: - Room 1: 120 cm bed and 90 cm futon + 2x80 cm firm mattresses that can be spread on the floor. Door. - Room 2: 160 cm bed (80+80) and an alcove with a 160 cm mattress and a cot. There is no door between the alcove and the bedroom, nor between the bedroom and the small hallway. Middle floor: - living room - kitchen - Room 3: 160cm bed (80+80). Door. - toilet (not maintained) Ground floor: - Room 4: 90cm bed. Door, but passage from the room to the toilet and shower facilities. - sauna, shower, toilet (not maintained) - staircase/technical space smells of oil The house has: - sheets and towels, toilet paper - a little bit of basic food, such as sugar, salt, spices and coffee, tea - portable air conditioner x2 - portable radiator - electric mosquito repellents ×2 - charcoal grill - high chair (in the upstairs hall closet) - crib - baby monitor (in the dresser next to the crib) - children's blankets + pillows (in the crib) - children's toilet stool, potty seat and potty - dishes and toys for children - playhouse - 2 sleds NO child/dog gates on the stairs. In winter, please note: - Please book the place well in advance so that we can heat the house sufficiently before your arrival. - We try to plow the yard before the start of the stay, but during the stay, snow work is the responsibility of the guest. In special cases, we can also plow the yard during the stay. In this case, it must be taken into account that the yard can be accessed by a plow car. - The kitchen has a wood stove that can be heated. However, firewood is not included in the rent. - There is no underfloor heating in the shower rooms. - The house is a product of its own era, which means that the cold of winter can sometimes be felt inside. The windows of the house are original and there is no additional insulation on the walls, which can feel like drafts and cold corners. The house has warm blankets and wool shawls, but we recommend bringing your own wool socks :).
