Guest access The space will be fully cleared for use. Other things to note - Only 1 small pet allowed; - Care for and look after the rented space as if it were your own property; - Preservation of plants, orchards and lawns, being subject to repairs that may be necessary in case of their degradation; - At the end of the lease, return the space in the same state as it was received, disregarding deterioration resulting from its normal use; - In the event that the space suffers damage or defect that is the responsibility of the LESSOR, inform them immediately about what happened; - Quickly repair (within one week) the damage under your responsibility; - Not to violate rules regarding the right of the neighborhood, notably with regard to the peace, tranquility, safety and health of the neighbors of the leased space, under penalty of exclusively civilly and criminally liable for their actions and those of their guests under the terms of Municipal Law No. 1916/67; - There are security cameras in the common areas (Hall, Kitchen, Pool and Garage) and outside the space - fully confidential images and only provided by court order; - Hire a security service to be used on site and other obligations with labor employed in the respective event, as well as control the access of event guests; - Provide the supply of the material that will be consumed at the event, such as: cutlery, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, materials, bedding, etc. in sufficient quantity and compatible with their needs and the structure of the facilities; - The placement of nails, screws and other objects that damage the wall and paint of the entire leased space will not be allowed; - If the LESSEE loses the keys or control of the property gate, the LESSOR or a person of its trust will provide new keys upon payment of a fee in the amount of R$50.00 (fifty reais) or new gate control upon payment of a fee in the amount of R$150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais); - It is not allowed to connect any type of electrical appliance to the mains that causes a power outage or lack of electricity (Electric table, Electric countertop, electric hot plate, electric stove, electric rechaud, electric barbecue, electric fryer, electric buffet, electric musical musical instruments, electric sound equipment, etc.); - The LESSEE must bag all the garbage/waste generated at the event and place it on the street for collection (collection takes place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the morning – from 10:00 a.m.); - Events with public access and for profit are not allowed; - No live music or DJs are allowed in the space.
